As a retired Band Director from Sinton ISD, I dedicated 29 years to nurturing young musicians. Academically, I hold an Associate Degree in Music Performance from McLennan Community College with a focus on drum set and a bachelor's degree in music education from The University of Texas at Arlington, accompanied by a Certified All-Level Music Education Certificate.

I bring 40 years of professional experience as a drum set musician, currently performing with three bands based in Austin. My passion for teaching and playing the drum set has been a lifelong journey, and I take great joy in imparting the knowledge I have gained from many esteemed educators throughout my career. I offer lessons to students of all ages, from children to adults.
